In order to be granted entry into Libya, visa and translation of your passport into Arabic is needed .
These must be obtained in your country of residence. |

| VISA |
A visa is necessary for entering Libya which Alawy Tours will help you to obtain.
There are two possible ways of obtaining the visa:
you can find the visa ready and waiting upon your arrival at the border or the airport. If you choose this solution you must provide us with a copy of the first page of your passport; this must be transmitted to us by email at least 15 days before your departure and the picture must be clear. The visa will be issued by the immigration just two days before your date of arrival and a copy of the issued visa will be sent to you so that if you are arriving by plane you will be able to present it at the airport check-in desk; or
you can obtain the visa from the Libyan Embassy in your country. If you choose this solution Alawy Tours will provide you with an invitation letter which will be sent to the Embassy and in copy to you.
In order for the invitation letter to be filled in correctly, you are required to provide us with a copy of your passport.
A passport which is valid for a minimum of six months after the date of return and has at least two blank pages is needed for each entry into the country. |
